That belongs on the front of the page, not in the small print, because the dock is a long way from wherever you are staying.
What 1,699 reviews at 5.0 does and does not mean
It is a genuinely strong number. A perfect average across that many ratings is harder to hold than a perfect average across fifteen, and it is the second-deepest pool here after the Frida Kahlo day trip. What it does not do is tell you which two hosts you get, and the reviews are almost entirely about that.

Getting yourself to the dock
The public-transport route is Metro Line 2 to Tasqueña and then the Tren Ligero to Xochimilco: MX$5 and MX$3 respectively, so MX$8 from the Zócalo, and the Tren Ligero takes no cash — you need a Movilidad Integrada card at MX$20, which includes one trip. Unlimited tequila in three expressions, cold beer, soft drinks and water, traditional Mexican food, games, hosts, music throughout, souvenirs, and restrooms both at the dock and on a chinampa island. None of the ten reviewers mentions the food, which is an absence rather than a verdict. And a rule in force since January 2020 caps what passengers bring aboard at a litre of spirits per boat or three 355 ml beers per adult; I have no source on how that applies to an operator serving its own drinks, so I state the two facts and leave them separate.

Put the exact embarcadero name into your ride-hailing app, not “Xochimilco”. The borough is large and the docks are scattered, and being dropped at the wrong one is the most common way to miss a departure.
